Residential Segment vs Industrial Segment

First time ever 98% of total supply pipeline of close to 3.6 billion sq ft lined up for completion in the year 2013 is being concentrated in the residential segment. This is estimated by our India's real estate sector, first me ever in our Indian real estate history 98% of the sq ft from the pipeline is decided for residential segment. This was released by the latest CB Richard Ellis, CBRE report titled "Assessing the Economic Impact of India's Real Estate Sector' that gives a broader view of the depth of economic opportunities generated by the real estate segment, upcoming projects and construction development sector in the India.

This is a good sign the residential segment is started getting importance on an other note what we can suspect is like is there any chances of creating a separate places for commercial and separate place for residential practice will play a major roll and there is no doubt that this will have a good infrastructure for both residential and commercial properties across the county.

Having lesser residential radius and wider commercial property radius will always end up with a problem. Going forward we should always follow this kind of allocation so that every locality will have an importance of residential segment.
